In January, FCA’s own Ulises Castellon, Soha & Lang’s Paul Rosner, and InterWest Insurance Services’ Denise Brown gave a very successful presentation on Bad Faith verdicts at the CPCU Society. In this interactive course, they discussed real-life case scenarios and explored errors and issues that have led to some of the industry’s most troubling bad faith losses, as well as several of the themes and increasingly common attacks being utilized by plaintiffs.
We’re also excited to announce chief of operations Ulises Castellon will also speaking with Doug Wood from Morris, Polich, and Purdy at this year’s Combined Claims Conference (CCC). This year’s conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Anaheim on March 7th. Their presentation will be on “Anatomy of an Arson – Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll” at 10:45AM.
