Ulises Castellon, CPCU RPA has the experience and a wide range of skills that he brings to Fire Cause Analysis, which greatly enhances our ability to respond to client needs. In addition to the training area, he is also available as a resource to clients who need expertise in the area of property claims in general, and arson/fraud claims in particular.

Mr. Castellon has worked in property and casualty claims area for over twenty years. He began his career as an independent adjuster in San Francisco and joined State Farm Fire and Casualty Company in 1978. In 1986 he established the Special Investigation Unit for State Farm in Northern California and managed that organization for over six years. In doing so, Ulises’ work included management of several Arson/Fraud cases successfully through trial.
